Just received my Insurance Renewal which only went up slightly but I was shocked with the overall price as they have increased their administration charges by 40% this year.

This rise is wholly unreasonable especially when inflation is running at 1.2%.

Won't be renewing with them as I have found cheaper price elsewhere.

Very accommodating, excellent customer service. Never made a claim so can't comment on that side of things. Competetive and helpful.

Used Orwell for my non standard properties, professional, efficient service and provided a variety of oprtions for us to look at.

They don’t tell you on the phone about admin fees if you cancel in the cooling off period.
I had to cancel the policy after taking it out the next day and was charged £35. After numerous emails complaining they wouldn’t refund my money.

I have been using Orwell Insurance for the last 4 years and have always found them helpful and efficient, responding promptly to all my queries. I recently had to cancel a policy and received a refund within 10 minutes of sending my email....impressive!

I get consistent, brilliant service from this company. Such a pleasure when a human answers the phone and i'm not left waiting for ages! Easy to deal with and always professional. Certainly would recommend.

Disappointed, firstly never responded to my email, which was a reply from their email which had a price from the Quotezone information. I had to eventually phone and was then told that price was not really valid and needed more information to go to the underwriters. I gave the requested information and was told will phone me back with a price, that has never happened, very poor.
