Brilliant customer service. I have called and emailed several times and always has a positive experience. I needed non standard cover on my property and NFU were able to meet those needs. There were also the CHEAPEST!

Sammy was a breath of fresh air in the world of car insurance - especially as my last car had been written off. Professional & efficient - the only reason I did not buy this year is because I already have roadside recovery so didn't need to pay again re NFU insurance..... maybe next year.
