A-Plan Insurance

For a person like me who shops around and has very little brand loyalty, I'm as surprised as anyone at how long I've stayed with this company, which is probably approaching 20 years! Every year they try to put up the cost of my car insurance, every year I shop around and take the best price back to them and they beat or meet it. Their service is personal and friendly and they respond quickly to my requests.

The most friendly and efficient Brokers I have delt with bar none! It says it all when you go back a year later and a member of staff remembers your name! Got a better deal than my renewal too. Recommended!

Did not return my call when I phoned for a quote

Over priced insurance packages and incompetent staff.

I had discovered that I was charged around 40% more than any other insurance provider would after I had passed the 30 day cancellation period (or I would have cancelled my package and not have needed to write this review)

I was also put under pressure to submit additional documents the staff had not captured during my application process.... A copy of my driver's licence with the correct address! Was told via EMAIL that my cover would be withheld until this documentation was submitted.

Do not take out insurance with A-Plan Insurance | Motor Direct, unless you want to pay for poor value and poor quality service.

Have proven to be very competitive price wise and still providing good quality cover. Better than price comparison websites.

Very, very pleased with the service, a real person actually answered the phone and was interested in helping me get the best insurance to suit my needs. I had tried 2 others but never got so much as an answer. Would highly recommend A-plan, and have to friends, professional, friendly and efficient.

Will give them a try when my car insurance is due.
