We have been with Buddies since I got my puppy, I did phone other Insurance companies, but Buddies had the best insurance for my puppy, she is now nearly 8, and the service is brilliant, never had any problems, if I needed a claim form they said it would be sent that day, received it next day.

We wouldn't go with anyone else, these are the best.

Friendliest & most helpful of all insurance companies I have come access and I have used quite a few & worked for 5 others.

We are a veterinary practice trying to help a client find out where Buddies have paid her claim monies too. You can't get through to Buddies but have to leave a phone number to receive a call back. I was told by the person taking the call back request that it can take between 2 & 3 days to receive a call back!!
