Absolutely avoid, they send you out a Black Box, and when it's to be returned, we were not given a pre-paid Envelope, which we was told would happen tried communicating, but its falling on Deaf ears, never again

I should’ve read the reviews before I took out a policy. Worst insurance/customer service ever. Stay far away. I never review anything but if I could give zero stars on here I would’ve. Don’t not go near them

They canceled my insurance over a 10 day period without my knowledge claiming non payment. The payment had been made day of request and they had to back track stating that the cardholder did not complete when infact the money had left my account over a month ago.

Worst customer service ever (in terms of call length). every call i have been on hold for at least a total of 45 mins. i once spent 1hr20 on hold to get to the right department and they dropped my call when i put them on hold to confirm payment details with a family member.

Though i must note the poor souls on the other end of the phone are doing their best with what this company is and very helpful when reached.... just if you do have to call, clear your schedule this is a day job

Bell is a great insurance company, we’ve had our vehicles insured with them for a long time now and will continue to do so, staff are very helpful and easy to deal with.

No fault collision Did everything they could not to help, i was fully comp, no courtesy car every excuse not to give me one. After 4 weeks of tirelessly trying to phone and emailing them with with no reply just give up. Garage phoned me ,then questioning me why my car was still in their possession and i was been charged daily. Eventually got through to them - they all of sudden they wanted more information to process my claim, like how much i owed on my finance. Blatantly trying to stall again 5 weeks no cars, having to get taxi to my daughters creche and to work , Happy Christmas Belle

A NIGHTMARE!
My car had light damage and scratches and they found it as a write-off without even communicating this to me.
Every time you want to get hold of someone so you can ask about your claim you have to wait hours on end just for someone to answer and when they do they tell you it's a different department and give you endless apologies.
It's been 2 weeks since my car accident and I have days when they don't even answer the phone.
I asked for a callback and it never came.
Dont put your hopes up to get a courtesy car, its never going to happen even if you had it on your insurance policy.

Bell threatened to cancel my telematics car insurance with no warning one month after purchasing the policy. This was one week before Christmas, allegedly due to their device being unplugged when driving which wasn’t true. There was no opportunity to discuss or defend with their customer service even though there may have been legitimate reasons. As a result was left stranded without policy and out of pocket for another policy that is more expensive. Looking online, lots of people had this experience so please stay away from Bell. Something very fishy is going on with telematics policies.

Buying a new car was a hassle free experience until I had to deal with Bell Insurance - the payment section of the website was unavailable and getting through on the phone took ages. Waiting for an hour on the forecourt while this happened was just embarrassing.
