'Its always a concern when you move suppliers, can they cope, will it work, are we doing the right thing? We moved our insurance over to Insight about six years ago now. Why? Initially the approach from Alex, his interest in us as a business, his help and guidance, and of course cost. We reduced our insurance bill by over 50%. So here was the next concern, would we get the same level of cover, was it GOOD value? The proof is always in how a claim is handled and problems solved. Two years in we had a 30k claim…sorted.Simple, efficient, calm and hassle free. Our rates remain low, the service second to none, so until we have a problem won’t be moving. Alex Collett who has dealt with my insurance for several years is efficient and knowledgeable. In a business dominated by large impersonal companies it is great to have a personal contact that knows what they’re doing. Importantly the premium has been very competitive.

Alex has consistently made my life a lot easier with his insurance packages. Great communicator and extremely competitive while making sure you get the right good quality insurance in place, and not some dog awful policy which bites you on the ar** when it comes to a claim!
