Quote Detective

Not really helpful came up on price comparison had to ring to sort the cover which didn't mind but why quote one price and when you ring quote an extra 300 on top it doesn't make sense and it was extremely annoying. I mean I'm fully aware of having a tt99 you pay a higher price but having to spend 3 days trying to find an insurance company that wasn't trying to take 2.5k a year is hard but to find that when your trying to sort it they don't seem helpful

When registering for my insurance I was very lucky to be helped by a gentleman called Aron. He was very helpful and provided a great customer service. He was very patient, professional and quick on his job.
I would definitely suggest this company because of employees like Aron who take their job seriously.

Useless company, you pay them for absolutely nothing. Something as trivial as getting a No Claims Bonus which you are entitled to when a policy ends took me 2 weeks to obtain from them. I've been put on hold for hours on end and eventually they've just cut the phone call off. Would never dream of using their service again.

AVOID!!!! Happy to take a deposit of £800 plus then cancel the policy without notice. refusing to refund money as apparently £800 is the going rate for cancellation fee. Money Hungry with no regrets of ripping off customers!!

Awful service. I’ve had car insurance for 15 years and this one year with quote detective stands out as the worst by far. Take my advice, just pay that little bit extra and go with a different company.

Worst company I have experience. They accepted my finance for car insurance then rejected afew weeks later and refused to give deposit back even though its their fault entirely and honestly taking them to court

Tom was a pleasure to speak too and I can’t recommend quote detective enough, I was in a really bad situation with my insurance and Tom managed to sort it all out and insure me on a really good policy. I would highly recommend using them to family and friends.

Sold me insurance and send policy documents after policy started. Then I found out from document that agent sold me insurance with tracking box. Never mentioned this before. When I cancelled my insurance I waiting 3 weeks and they charge me 700£. I move case to ombudsman company. They emailed me that them agent make mistake he got punished but that not them problem 😅 Shocking behaviour. What a joke company. Please better be careful with them.
