I mainly speak to Carla Foster as I need specialist Public Liability Cover for my business, she even managed to defer the renewal during the first lock-down.
They are excellent at finding the best good quality cover for me.

Higos Insurance is awesome, have been using for 8 yrs now and very happy! Great service, great rates, and some of the girls have ‘those’ telephone voices which you’d normally pay premium rate to hear!
