Business Choice Direct Insurance Services "BCD Insurance"

Horrible customer services. Promises to call back and never do, always seems to be issues and problems. Always seems to be the wrong person on line who almost knows everything that you need but not quite as the one who does know it exactly is on break or off or holiday. Asks for paperwork, confirm recieved and then send warning that it’s cancelling all as nothing received. Picks up bank details for deductions, sends instructions saying that you don’t need to do anything and then again tries to cancel insurance as having some problems on their system to deduct payment, but instead of calling person to let know and solve , they just send warning of cancellation letter. Stay away from them unless really need to.

Nasty company would never recommend to anyone. Called them to let them know I got a cheaper renewal quote and instead they jumped down my throat and slating other companies. The nasty piece of woman on the phone like picking fights and act like their customers owe them something. Bcd can go to hell.

The most painful insurance company ever. They are horrific. Can’t add people to your policy, they make you take an entire new policy.

Takes them hours and hours to action any changes. They make you send the same details over and over again, one call we were passed to 7 different people in a 1.2 hour call. The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with

Worst experience iv every had with this company, all there out to do is tack as much money from you as possible, trust me you will be much better off spending more time to fined a company the will insur you direct, business choice direct are just brockers that do a terrible job

I have van insurance form Bussiness choice direct they are a broker company and they buy insurance from 3rd party and sell them to customers and if you want to change a vehicle and swap a vehicle they charge £75 for their self and £25 for the insurance company total £100

What a shame total I have to pay £100 if I want make any amendments..

Despite the negative reviews I’m seeing regarding this company and a negative experience in the past,I’ve decided to continue another year with them thanks to Annemie Bossert and her remarkable help and effort.
