BG Insurance

Will not be taking out driving school insurance via this agent again as they charge extortionate fees for any policy changes. I have been charged 2 lots of £83 because I changed my vehicle and then I moved. These payments were purely an admin charge. As it takes less than 3 minutes to type in a change of address and probably only 3 minutes to change car details (it was the same make and model) then I was charge over £27.66 per minute of their time for such a simple task. No wonder you can't manage your policy online!!! Value for money less than one star.

Quick chat to confirm details. A couple of hours later my quote was ready. Cheaper than last year so very happy. Staff were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
