I was with Urban Jungle for a year and it was very good company to be with. But the following year I went with another company that was the same deal but cheaper. However Urban Jungle didn't understand my cancellation with them and took £90 out of my account that I have not got back. The 1star is the hope as a 75 year old I may get it back. The money was taken out on April 19th I am paying £90 for nothing. Already with another company

I went for this company for the price, I guess you get what you pay for. I had water damage on my laminate flooring, our ground floor is one continuous installation. This company would only offer to replace a tiny area of the ground floor. If I was to accept, our ground floor would have different flooring. I would not recommend this company, I have to approach the ombudsman for help.

I'm still in my 1st year with Urban Jungle, I haven't made any claims and hope that I never have to, but I will definitely be renewing my contents insurance with Urban Jungle when the time comes, in particular I like the simplicity, I live in a block of 22 flats over 2 floors with CCTV both outside the property and on all stairwells and inner corridors, unlike some insurance companies Urban Jungle don't ask things like (for example) "when was your 5 lever door lock last updated." Contents insurance with Urban Jungle is simple, fast and very reasonably priced, I'm so glad I saw their advert on TV.

Extremely poor service. Just switched across to urban jungle and, I must admit, I am not terribly impressed. Tried calling regarding a claim and was diverted to a callback service. Received no call back, so I called again and waited some time to speak to an advisor. After providing all the information required to the call centre employee, I was told my claim was not valid. Only on reading the information stated in my policy, verbatim, back to the call centre employee did they then agree with my assessment and pretended that the information I originally provided was miscommunicated. It feels as though this staff member had no genuine intention of supporting my claim, but acted as a direct barrier to prevent the submission.

You sent me an email saying you would not insure us for the 2nd year then I called and was told it was an error and we would be able to renew, then an email saying you couldn't. So I now have move to a new insurer and you have sent me this telling me thank you for choosing us to insure with. This is not a company I can do business with again!

This was the first time I had used this company. It was a straightforward process and easy to navigate. I still feel comfortable with it after a few months and would recommend it as things stand.
In a way I feel like I have returned to my roots. I now live in Wales...but was born near Kennington.
All fine by me.

Don't even waste your money, BUDGET customer service and that's even if they will cover you and meet your claim. Never known a company to try and shirk paying out so much as this lot. The right hand didn't even know they had a left hand. Was told so many conflicting pieces of advice and info, absolute disgrace. Complained twice and was compensated twice, like that mattered and I will still send the complaint to the Ombudsman for Financial mis-conduct in this instance. Made to feel like a criminal even after telling me they wouldn't cover me, even though I pay insurance money. Stay away is my advice, I wish I had of never heard of them!!!!

Do not understand why they take a Brand new direct debit each month so that it does not show on my list of DDs ? until it happens. anyway I have found a cheaper company now, but nothing else wrong with them.
