Don't waste your time with these. They're cheapest insurance provider I can find. Clearly the reason why is because they don't have any over heads to pay as they don't employee people to answer the phones. I first rang up, spent 1 hour & 16 minutes on hold and they then declined the call. Assuming I may have made a mistake, I rang again. Spent 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold. They DECLINED the call again.... HIGHLY advise you spend a little bit more and get a better insurance provider.

Avoid this company. They always show up on comparison sites as the cheapest however when you go to buy it says you must ring to purchase. Upon phoning them they ask for every nit of info again even though you did it on the comparison site. They then phone their lenders being a broker and come back with a price £320 higher. Skip past them and go to your next cheapest. Their star rating on comparison sites says a lot for them as a company.

I have honestly never had such good customer service from an insurance broker. Straight through to someone in the UK who knows what they are doing!

1 star removed for a fairly costly admin fee for changes to policy but other than that, a fantastic experience.

Would not honour the quote given on various comparison sites and spoke to me like I was completely stupid on the phone despite asking very reasonable questions.

You need to train your call center staff properly - I'm sure the comparison sites would not be happy to hear you're spitting out cheap deals to draw people into a fake sense of a good deal, only to offer them a much higher price upon application.

Disgraceful.

Told 3 times I’d get a call back even by a manager. Never called me back. Was quoted 1070 online. Although all details were correct this price changed to £2500 with the explanation that my first quote was discounted. 17 years of getting insurance quotes and never had this happen. They then couldn’t explain why my quote had changed even though my details were correct. All in all terrible experience.

You can clearly notice they are newbies on the insurance business trying to con people and rip off people's money!!! They be fishing people with very low prices online but you can't pay it online so you have to call them up and then once you call them up they give you a different price even if all of your information was correct. Don't think it's a coincidence when you have no options other then to follow their buying scheme!

Avoid this company at all costs!! They came up as the cheapest quote on comparison sites but forced me to call and went through all the questions again. Said they couldn't match the quotes online that they offered "as you can't trust those comparison sites anyway". Paid £300 to start my policy. 2 days later I receive 2 letters demanding I pay another £300 immediately as one of the dates (pass date) was wrong (a month later than given). How can they justify those fees? Rang up to cancel and they would only give me a partial refund so lost just short of £100. The woman on the phone was the rudest person I've ever met and put the phone down on me. Joke of a company. Now have to wait 5 - 7 days to get what's left of my deposit back! SCAM!

Offer the best deals on comparison sites and can’t live up to the original quote. Called up and got quoted stupid money, original quote was £889 for a years policy, upon calling somehow became, “unsuitable/far to expensive” will be skipping past every time I see a quote.

Happy to pay an extra £800 elsewhere as that’s the next best thing from an actual company who values their customers.

HIGHLY ADVISE TO STEER CLEAR!
