I have used Fairweather Insurance in excess of ten years. I have always had good, polite and attentive customer service. On every interaction that I have had with the team they have always ensured that it is a positive experience. Fairweather never fail to impress. I have dealt with them for a number of years and there is always consistency in their customer service. You really need support from an insurance broker when you have a claim. I have had 2 serious claims for buildings insurance and their support makes the entire process so much easier, great staff, great customer philosophy, many thanks to all of you
