Hursh has been very helpful the last two years with renewing my car insurance, always helpful, very informative and fast. Always making sure me as the customer is happy and always getting things done and explaining things in full detail so I am not left with any surprises! I have recommended this company to my friends and family as they have always been very helpful and very good customer service skills and mannerism from Hursh.

If I could give less than a star, I would. Firstly if you go through them by compare the market, they won’t let you get the insurance online. You’ll have to call them which is chargeable. Secondly, the customer service just awful, they are rude, completely bored with their life, refused to give me their name and kept trying to increase the price for the policy. Obviously I wouldn’t have mind, but the way that guy spoke to me it was unbelievable. I honestly don’t recommend even getting a quote for them, don’t waste your time. Five minutes after the call I have sorted myself another insurance.
DO NOT USE, awful service overpriced, overall a SCAM

What they quote on compare the market isn’t what you will get when you phone them. I entered all my details correctly including my points for them to then increase the price I was given on compare the market. 45 minutes on the phone to them that I’ll never get back. From £1208 to over £1600. Cheeky.

Insurance doc not sent when stated, recieved two days later, lost a day and funds in cabs due to not knowing if my car was insured, car was uninsured on MIDS when I checked. Been with them for a year now and they are very slow to respond both to their underwriters and customer.

Would give -1 if possible told i was going to get a call back for a policy. Never did. And guess you can only take out a policy by phone. Bunch of cowboys
