Joel at Woodfords has been excellent. I've been with the same provider for some while insuring a six property rental portfolio. On renewal, Woodfords came straight back to me with a very competitive and comprehensive offer which has saved me a couple of hundred pounds a year! All very efficient. Happy days. Would recommend.

I recently used Woodfords Insurance Brokers for my business insurance. I dealt with Joel James who was fantastic. Initially Joel made sure he fully understood my business and how we operate. He then went on to ask specific questions to make sure I was covered for every eventuality. Joel got back to me with two options, clearly explaining the benefits of each. The whole process was very easy and has given me complete peace of mind.

My previous broker informed me that my old insurance company were not carrying on, at that point I asked for my liability to be reduced from £10 million down to £2 million due to business going into a new direction.
They came back with a quote for £2400 which was double what I was already paying.
I had to keep chasing to try and get another quote and they stopped taking my calls.
