Going Private Health

I have been working with Jonathan for close to 2 years, and he has been a huge help in finding the best policies for our staff, both in terms of cost and quality. He is extremely responsive on email, accessible via the telephone and always willing to provide guidance when needed. Although very personable in his approach, he always acts with the highest standard of professionalism.

I have to say Jonathan was exceptional, our previous advisor with a different company, basically just talked us into something and left us on our own with no help or support. I know that if i have any concerns with anything, Jonathan is at the end of an email or phone call. He restored my confidence in private health care, as i was going to cancel it, we had a very polite and friendly 'first cold call' with no pressure what so ever.
