The price was good... though it's not all about the price.
They sent me the temp one month cover note promptly... but after that, on a Friday, 2 days before the expiry date (which was on a Sunday morning!), when I was supposed to be issued (by then) with the permanent yearly insurance, ...I got nothing...
I rang them to remind them, and the woman on the phone said "we'll see what we can do".
Ermm... what?? Not really the answer I expected! Anyhow... a bit later I received a text message saying that my insurance has been sent to my email.
Busy working, Friday afternoon, later I checked my email and... nothing! I checked the Spam folder too, and... nothing.
I tried to ring them again, but... it was too late.. the office was shut.. my bad..
And so I lost a whole working day on the coming Sunday... and at least 100 quid.
What's the point of a quotation ‎£100 cheaper than the next best quotation? I lost that money and they caused me enough stress.
On Monday morning I called them again and eventually they emailed my insurance.
All good, at the moment. Not very sure whether to recommend them.
Please don't reply with the message "call our customer service team".... cause I won't, sorry.

Don't use them and don't go anywhere near them, absolutely cowboy company. They are very quick to take money from you and when it comes to refunding, the only trick they have is ignored you, even to the £50 referral reward. I've referral a friend to them, but I can't get any money for reward even now my friend has a policy with them over 10 months. I spoke with customer service over 5 times to ask for sort out my policy and reward issue. Nobody can give me a exactly answer. It was frustrating to work with such unreliable company.

Do not waste your time and money with this cunning company. Initially when i got a quation and decided to go with insure taxi, there were very helpful and professional. Having paid £725 deposited, after 1 month and 14 days into my policy they gave me the shock of my life. My policy had been cancelled with no notice or written confirmation, apparently because they do not accept NCB (no claims bonus) from Brookers, which I wasn't made aware of at the start. They didn't not want to listen to what I had to say but they started offering me new quotations. Only offering me £75 refund, i cannot believe I been robbed £650. This company is by far the worse company to get your self insured with, I put in a official complaint about two weeks ago as it was the only remaining option for me to fight for me money back, you will not believe I have not had any response back yet. Absolutely disgusted with service and how I have been treated by insure taxi!!!!!!

The customer service is appealing!!!!!!! I am awaiting 2 weeks now for mine NCB proof. I have sent hundreds of e-mails and letters. No reply!!!!!!!!! My new insurance will be cancelled without the required proof. I can see from the reviews I am not the only one!!! I am contacting now Ombudsmen

Defo not recommend useless not even provide me with a renewal quote I called them to give the correct info etc they mis quoted me been with them for years and send them loads business for taxi quotes over the years I was loyal with them rather than moving now I give other taxi insurance numbers out now

One of the worst insurance brokers I had. Customer service very bad. I bought the policy from them. I had an accident I reported them immediately after a month I want to know the progress and updates so I did call them they pass me a number who are my insurer kinetiQ underwriting and said I have to call them so i that I did call probably 30 times in 4 days and they never answered once answered and took my details and suddenly lines cut off and again I tried and same never answered so I called the to this broker insure taxi they answered but never a helpful answer. They said can’t do anything I have to call them they are the case handler so I have to call the but the lay who answered she never try to understand the number I need call the saying they never answer and I feel like I am in middle of the sea in a boat. They are the one who I bought my policy they should provide the service and we customer only expect from as we paid them.( I normally never put a review this is 2nd time review In my 36 years life).

Terrible service always looking to rip of existing customers. Your first year will be at good price but after that they will say whatever it takes to get more money out of you. Dont waste your time with this company.
