They sent me the temp one month cover note promptly... but after that, on a Friday, 2 days before the expiry date (which was on a Sunday morning!), when I was supposed to be issued (by then) with the permanent yearly insurance, ...I got nothing...
I rang them to remind them, and the woman on the phone said "we'll see what we can do".
Ermm... what?? Not really the answer I expected! Anyhow... a bit later I received a text message saying that my insurance has been sent to my email.
Busy working, Friday afternoon, later I checked my email and... nothing! I checked the Spam folder too, and... nothing.
I tried to ring them again, but... it was too late.. the office was shut.. my bad..
And so I lost a whole working day on the coming Sunday... and at least 100 quid.
What's the point of a quotation £100 cheaper than the next best quotation? I lost that money and they caused me enough stress.
On Monday morning I called them again and eventually they emailed my insurance.
All good, at the moment. Not very sure whether to recommend them.
Please don't reply with the message "call our customer service team".... cause I won't, sorry.
Someone supposed to be contacting me, what happen? I will post the respond to FOS.

Don't use them and don't go anywhere near them, absolutely cowboy company. They are very quick to take money from you and when it comes to refunding, the only trick they have is ignored you, even to the £50 referral reward. I've referral a friend to them, but I can't get any money for reward even now my friend has a policy with them over 10 months. I spoke with customer service over 5 times to ask for sort out my policy and reward issue. Nobody can give me a exactly answer. It was frustrating to work with such unreliable company.
