It's very bad service and I done motorcycles Insurance with and I have been sick for 2 week and customer service is not contact me to say any thing about. One day I got out from hospital and the police stop me say no Insurance policy teak my bike for bad service very poor and its teak ,£100 for 3 weeks inc but me in valve very bad

Bunch of scammers!! Paid almost 2 grand for my car insurance for a year and they only done it for 3 months and then refused to return my money. Do not go for them for car insurance. They'll screw you over!!

Stay away! First they give you a very good price to insure your car follow by taking a full deposit payment and only then they check all your details and accordingly decide what is the actual price they should really charge. at this point if you want to cancel your policy they charge between £49 - £55 for setting your account (??). Seems like a good cheap option for car insurance but base on my experience with them I will say best to choose a different firm even if its extra ££ just for the peace of mind.

Stay clear of these scammers, they give you one price then hike it up at the last moment, cancellation fees are ridiculous! Swindled me out of £100 for 4 months worth of insurance at £12 a month on my classic. Will never use them again.

Seems all Custer saying the same thing ! One call insurance are absolute scammers like to keep taking more and more money from you ! They have just absolutely done me for my motorcycle insurance 😡! I would never use them again and advise everyone to avoid this company

When I bought this insurance policy it did not mention anything about the need of telematics to be fitted in my car until I finally managed to download the policy documents from their website (a good few days after purchasing the policy). The policy schedule had a long list of restrictions which basically completely invalidated my cover. When I tried to call One Call, it turned out that they don't have a telephone line at all and the only way to contact them is over a live chat which is only open until 4pm during the weekend. When I finally got to chat to someone and request a cancellation, I was charged a £49 cancellation fee plus 2 days of cover which I find completely dishonest and unfair.
Steer away from this company!!!

Absolutely awful service. I was forced to cancel my policy within the 14-day calling off period - at a charge of £50 - as they couldn't change some details on the policy made in error. They then were trying to charge me an additional £300! £50 was money well spent to not use these cowboys. AVOID.

Don’t go with these guys terrible customer service if you can get hold of them, no phone number at all. Everything has to be done with live chat through a link buried within their FAQ.
Also charged full cost of policy just to cancel it as if moved home
