Plan Insurance Brokers

Usually insurance is a bit of a minefield & often horrendously expensive.
They managed to shave over £500 off my renewal quote both quickly and efficiently. James I was dealing with was patient and knowledgeable.
The documents were emailed within minutes; putting my last brokers to shame who took forever faffing about.
Well done!

AVOID!!!

Took out a public liability insurance with this business, when taking out the policy I specificed EXACTLY what I needed. They gave me a quote and I paid for it after they assured me it’s all covered.

After taking the policy out, I read through the terms and conditions of the cover and it did not cover ONE thing to do with my business. NOT ONE.

I rang up and complained on a Wednesday and said I will be cancelling, they promised me a call back the next morning to try to offer me something else . NOTHING. I rang up on the Friday to chase and was promised a call back. NOTHING.

I then rang up on the Monday and was sent a form via email to say I was cancelling. They sent me this form a couple of HOURS after my cool off period. Convenient isn’t it??

Even though I’ve argued that I called up and have the recorded calls of me saying I want to cancel, they came up with the rubbish of ‘we can’t cancel over the phone sir’. They deliberately stretched it out so it just went over my cooling period and sent me the form deliberately too late.

They are now ‘investigating’ if I can have my money back. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere. I have now written to watchdog and financial ombudsman for them To investigate as I guess I am not the first person or company to be conned.

Been with plan a good amount of years now, renewed my motor trade policy with Matt on the renewals team.
over the moon with my new cover! Would certainly recommend to most in the motor trade or Black cab industry.

Always happy to help, very polite and always emailed when policy is due. Cheaper insurance than other companies if not they always match it to keep their custom. Well done guys.
