Unable to provide quote for a car to be parked on the road overnight. Poor service. Would not recommend. Found an insurance policy for half the price within an half an hour. Use Sterling insurance instead of this company.

Having to move my 8 motorcycles from Aviva Premier Bike Club to another multi bike insurance provider was initially a little daunting but with the great support from Gareth Webber its been a very easy transition over my two renewal dates. These guys know their stuff.

I cannot say that I have been entirely satisfied with the service provided.
At the end of last year , as a result of the heavy rain and strong winds experienced, I submitted a claim. The claim was handled by Legal & General and was rejected out of hand as there was not enough rain and the winds were not strong enough.
I'd like to say I was not expecting full compensation as it was for the flat roof of a garage. However, I was not impressed by the cavalier way in which my claim was dismissed and there was no offer of any advice or support, As a result I was left entirely to my own devices and this is really not why you take out insurance. If this is going to be the case, it seems like a rip off and a waste of money. I would certainly not recommend this standard of service to anyone

I renewed my House Insurance Policy recently.
Emma Turner provided professional input with this and set things up very promptly. I was impressed. Good work.
