Called to sort some motor trade insurance they told me they would call me back im still waiting

Have been with QL Jones for very many years and found them to provide a brilliant service. They are extremely helpful, provide prompt responses and clearly explain any details with total transparency. I did make a big mistake one year of changing my car insurance to another supplier, who I thought would be a sound bet due to their big name and presence in the insurance market. They were offering slightly cheaper rates for my requirements but they were terrible. Not a patch on QLJ. Thanks to QLJ for the years of great service and support.
