Terrible company. Where do I start? I’ve had a travel claim outstanding for 3 months, they are all but uncontactable, they set their renewals to auto and the only way to stop them is to call them, that’s if you can get through. Should be investigated by the ombudsman.

After an accident I was left with no car or courtesy car. I’ve been left in the dark for days regarding what was happening with the total loss valuation of my car. Finally I’ve had a call offering less than half the current market value for my car. Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT insure anything with these if you want a fair payout!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been driving for about 15 years now in three different countries.

I have reported an incident I made with my car that was really small-I regret reporting it now- and I took responsibility even before the third party reports it, if they did at all.

I have been chasing the claim department for a month now after the garage they referred me to bounced back the job to them 3 weeks ago. I tried several times on the phone and every time I am put on waiting for 40-60 minutes and then the line drops. I have sent 2 emails and never got a reply.

Very cheap company and I never recommend it even if it offers the lowest quote. Stay away, it is a trap.

This company will provide you with a great quote especially with their multi car deals. However they will try and completely rob you if you have to claim. They should base the value of your car on the cost to replace it from a reputable dealer. My son's car is excellent condition just passed an MOT with no advisories. These thieves have under valued it by £1000. I have provided evidence of its value from auto trader gone with the lower value and taken off the excess and told them that's the figure I expect.
They have come back with a slightly less insulting figure, so I have passed all the details on and made a complaint with the Ombudsman. It's also highly frustrating trying to communicate with Admiral, 2 hours on hold and had to give up in the end, this has been repeated multiple times. I've tried to give them chance to give me the correct settlement value but they want play ball. The ombudsman will now tell them instead.
I've 5 cars on my multi car policy and none of them will be getting renewed with admiral. The service is a disgrace.

The most awful customer service experience ever. They have breached data security and mixed up someone else's policy for car insurance with my details. Meanwhile reporting missed payments affecting my credit score. I don't drive and never have done. I have been passed from pillar to post, made an official complaint and still no calls made to myself. The reviews I am reading about this company do not surprise me. I have for the past 8 months received debt letters from past due credit solutions and the DVLA which I resolved with them personally and they confirmed they will no longer proceed as the debt does not relate to me again I have never drove a car or been involved in a collision, yet this company are still reporting on my credit score. Not one person in this company has apologised and sought to rectify their wrong doing. If this is not resolved amicably I will be going to the financial ombudsman. Its disgraceful. I am now currently on sick leave due to the stress this company has caused me.

Not even worth the 1 star. Avoid at all costs this insurance company. 3 hr waiting times on hold on the phone. Severe lack of transparency and communication through out the claims process. Still waiting. No car for weeks, no communication unless I've contacted them countless times to be passed around and around. Word of advice. Stay well clear and go for somewhere local that you can walk into incase of an accident. Very very poor. Needs reporting to ombudsman.

Avoid them at all costs! Customer service is abysmal. Weeks and weeks after chasing Admiral, their appointed debt manabgement company won’t leave me alone (Ardent Credit Services) even after Admiral admitted the error was on their part, refunded me but refused to do anything about their appointed debt managment comapny. I don’t know what to do because I don’t need to pay the outstanding amount but Admiral won’t do anything 😭

Been with them nearly two years. Never had any issues until we had a car accident and actually had to file a claim.
Day of car accident - system kept failing and had to repeat the situation several times, received claim number eventually and recovery truck sent out to pick up our car and we got an Uber home
Day 2 - no one has called us about the whereabouts of our car so we called and were told there aren’t any claims on our account and no evidence of yesterdays call. They asked us if we called the right number and we told them someone came to collect our car sent from them. He insisted there’s nothing on the system and only believed us when he saw a claim against us and he recognised the name of the company that collected our car. Wasn’t able to locate our car.
Day 3 - again waited all day for a call. No one called us. So we called. Waiting over N hour on hold every day by the way. We were told the garage they sent our car too isn’t accepting our car because we’re too far from the garage so they’re arranging to send it elsewhere. Took details of the garage.
Day 4 called the garage that are supposedly receiving our car today they haven’t received it. Called admiral again they have no idea what’s going on. Bare in mind, every time we call we have to explain everything again.
Day 5 called the garage again car hasn’t arrived. Called admiral waited an hour for a 5min convo saying they have no idea what’s going on
Day 6 - at this point we’re so fed up we decided not to call. Received a letter in the post threatening us about not filing a claim and they’re going to cancel our policy meaning we have to pay for all damages and repairs for all cars ourself. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.
DAY 7 - called again. Waited an hour. Called the garage. Car hasn’t arrived and they said might be one of their partner garages.
Day 8 - still no cal or known whereabouts.
Day 9 - another phone cal waited 90min and phone hung up. Office closed.
No courtesy car. No known whereabouts of our car. No acknowledgment of our claim. We’re struggling to get around. My partner has work. My kids have doctors appointments.
Admiral??? What is this? Won’t be renewing with you and will be making sure I leave reviews everywhere I possible can about your rubbish customer service!
