Incredibly rude salesman 'Raymond'. He used the phrase 'why am I being fobbed off' which is utterly unprofessional. If the office or facilities manager is not interested, this should be respected and you should politely move onto your next cold call. One of the rudest sales people I have had to deal with, unfortunately.
