Lovely products but Sales Assistant was snooty and not so friendly. ..looking stressed.

Service was ok. I’m not a person who values designer name expensive paint and if you aren’t either then don’t come here. Almost £100 for a pot of 10l pink paint. Only purchased as it was a clients specification from here. No matter what paint you purchase they all crack and fade over time. If the paint was mark, scuff and light resistance then might be worth the investment otherwise paint is paint.

Actually rating has to be -5 stars. Me and my wife went to this shop, and we were looking for some stuff in there. Went to a sample room and trying to figure out what’s in there, and it was very difficult to navigate.
Nobody wants to help & when we were leaving the old lady who seems like an owner doesn’t really care us.
Maybe I’m wrong, but we felt we were not welcome because we are not white. Hope that lady is the same to everyone.

Wanted to give the shop the benefit of the doubt with some of the reviews on here but sadly they are true.

Awful customer service, ignored, contradicting information given and just rude.

Won’t be buying from here which is a shame as I like to buy local.

Love this gem of a shop and always worth the visit for gift ideas, especially at Christmas.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful ceramics and lighting. A good selection of paints and the very best, beautifully hand made, curtains and blinds. Highly recommended
