Brilliant furniture.

I purchased an ex-display table from the showroom in Wigmore street. The table was delivered and installed in my living room, but the table was too large for the space. So I was willing to return the table at my own cost to the showroom, but they refused. It's a pity that they don't seem to value customer satisfaction. The table was not made to order but an ex-display, so there was no impact for them to get the table back, but they refused and told me to sell it on ebay...

It is surprising that they don't mind me keeping a table that would not fit my space. I offered to purchase a brand new table with the right size if they take the ex-display table back, but they refused that as well...

Not professional. Does not care about customer satisfaction.
