Hired to pain lounge top to bottom unacceptable decorating, offered to return after dissatisfaction but was too late rather do it myself

I have been using Kevin for painting for the past few years. I found him trustworthy and reliable providing a satisfactory standard of service. He is pleasant to deal with, open to customer's ideas and provides useful suggestions.

I arranged for the decorator to visit to provide a quote... Waited in all day, however he couldn't be bothered to let me know that he wasn't going to turn up. Wasted my time.
