After using Space Fitting to design, supply and fit the kitchen to a previous self build and renovation, I had no doubts about going back to Steve and Claire a second time after we moved house.

Steve was able to provided us with a virtual reality tour of the whole space which was just fantastic. To have the ability to 'walk through' the kitchen allowed us to tweak some seemingly minor details that have since made a massive difference in practice using the kitchen every day. Since the first occasion the lovely Rhian has joined the team who is a master of designing stunning kitchens that just work practically. Claire's supreme organisational skills with the worktop supplier ensured we had our perfect kitchen fully fitted and working in time to host Christmas.

Thanks to the whole team at Space Fitting, we love our new kitchen and the space as a whole. Highly recommended!

Space Fitting Furniture designed and installed our kitchen 3 years ago. From our first meeting Steve and Claire were very friendly, highly professional and provided an outstanding service. They guided us through every step of the design and fitting process and were always happy to assist whenever we had any queries. Space Fitting Furniture first designed a kitchen for us 20 years ago. We were very pleased with the design, which transformed the room, making it fresh, modern, and looking a lot bigger. We returned to Steve and Claire more recently after moving house, and asked them to design 2 kitchens, one for our house, and one for an annexe, where my mother was to live.
Steve listens, but is prepared to ask questions and challenge where appropriate. This was very important to us, and ensured we came up with the right kitchens. Steve comes up with original ideas and has delivered high quality kitchens that we've been very pleased with. We wouldn't hesitate using him again when we need a new kitchen.
Throughout the design process you are clear on spend, whereas other companies can try and hide the cost until the design is finished. Steve and Claire are welcoming, approachable, and down-to-earth. They are helpful and supportive, both at the time you buy the kitchen and afterwards, eg. Getting a new cabinet door after one was damaged by a gas engineer!

Steve, Claire and Rhian are so knowledgeable and advised us comprehensively when planning our kitchen extension. They were receptive to our needs and always gave wonderful advice.
The kitchen plans were easy to understand and provided a useful 3Dvisual “walk through “ which was so helpful and no other kitchen designers had offered.
We were thrilled with the final result- the units,island,worktops,appliances,furniture and accessories are all fantastic and the kitchen extension flows so well.

This is the second kitchen we have had from Space Fitting Furniture, over a large number of years and each kitchen has absolutely transformed the two houses, atmosphere, ambience etc !! Yep sounds rather enthusiastic but it’s true the kitchen became the central point were we spent most of our time ...this last time made a very average house into a WOW home, that’s the expression every person says when they see our kitchen 😮 The Quooker is life changing and well worth the investment. Over the years we have bought two kitchens from Space fitting furniture, and both times have been impressed with their service a knowledge and attention to detail. When we had an issue with some other building work and had to delay our worktop fitting for our new kitchen for a few months they where happy to accommodate us and never pressured us to hurry up. Can highly recommend.

After visiting many Kitchen retailer and designers, by chance we discovered Space Fitting Furniture. Best discovery Ever!
Their designs in their previous showroom were second to none. We were welcomed into their showroom as if it was their home. Steve came to our home to see our space, he discussed how we worked as a family, where the children do their home work, how I cooked our meals, how we all interacted as a family around the home. We told Steve What we had in mind for our dream kitchen and what budget we were thinking of. We then were called to their showroom to see our design that Steve and Claire had put together. It was amazing, much better than we could have imagined. Following on from Our first visit to the showroom, to Steve visiting and discussing how little of our precious time we actually spend as a family together, our new kitchen is probably the most used room that we now spend quality time as a family. I can cook our meals whilst helping the children with their homework, we eat and relax together and have many treasured times in our new kitchen.

Excellent experience during the design process but from fitting onwards was very poor. Quality of kitchen units and materials was first class but fitter took very little pride in his work. Getting Steve to respond to emails or return phone calls to address problems is nigh on impossible. Latest issue is a defective quooker tap that was installed at the end of 2017 at a cost of £1k+ that seemingly already requires replacement. Steve has been emailed, phoned and to date no response has been forthcoming. Having spent £60k+ with Steve we expected a much better overall experience.
