Amazing quality, talked with the staff whom were extremely nice, all fairtrade, would definitely buy

Cheap tat, I bought something from their shop that they ensured me was from a genuine local crafts person. This was a lie. When I received it, there was still the made in china sticker on it. When I checked the same item had been bought from Alibaba. There was an 80% mark-up on it. Avoid, this place it is a complete scam.

I contacted the lovely people at Cadwyn on Friday morning, having ordered the love spoon the previous day, to ask if they could despatch it urgently as my daughter wanted to take it to France the following week as a wedding present for her cousin. I was promised that the spoon would be sent by Royal Mail First Class the same afternoon and it duly arrived at my house the next morning, very carefully packed and in perfect condition; outstanding customer service. It's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship which I'm sure that the French cousin will always treasure.

Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. The throw I purchased is lovely and was delivered the day after I placed my order. Would definitely recommend. Diolch yn fawr.
