UKV make the world of Wine Investment accessible, interesting and fun. Their hosted events are informative and a great way to meet and exchange experiences with fellow investors. Their service and guidance on the wine market is first rate.

Cold call by an operative from UKV and when they realised I was not entirely interested in the investment opportunity the operative became insulting in his behaviour. Questioning if I understood what an asset was and implying I was not 'wealthy' enough (either in terms of money or intelligence) to take advantage of their offer. Very Poor customer relationship management.

Following the above review I have since been contacted by the CEO of UKV, who has apologised on behalf of their operative and has me sent a bottle of their fine wine to compensate for my experience. Much improved customer relationships!!

My experience with UKV was very good and no complaints. Very informative and knowledgeable about the current wine market and They took me through the whole process. All went smoothly and now the proud owner of variety of vintage wines. Communication has been exemplary since purchasing and have full confidence in their service.

I dealt with UKV in 2018 and went to one their wine events in London. Have to say, it was a very enjoyable evening and as well as meeting like minded investors and receiving a great lecture and knowledge of the market, it was a great laugh! I managed to speak to a number of UKV consultants to get a feel for their operation and services and felt very comfortable dealing with them. Only downside was that they ran out of premium wine on the night, so I had to resort to chatting up the nice gentleman next to me to for a refill of his Ducri Beaucallion 2009...
