The new restaurant is amazing!
Fresh fish, amazing ingredients, modern menu and they are able to tweak anything to suit. What an improvement to the old place. The decor is modern, contemporary and the atmosphere is lovely. All credit to the new owners who make you feel very welcome throughout your dinner. Definitely the best restaurant in the area by far.

I can only reiterate what has previously been said. My wife and I have been coming here for years but won’t be going back anytime soon.
The new owners have certainly ruined the ambiance of a quaint Italian restaurant. The new decor is like a fast food pizza place, or as mentioned in a previous review an American Dinner.
The food was poor, some of the mussels I was served had shells that were still closed and they were off.
The steak was average.
Very over priced for poor quality food and they had the nerve to add on a 10% gratuity,
WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Delicious food and warm welcome. I was treated to dinner at Ferrari’s to celebrate my milestone birthday. What a great choice. It was a wonderful evening. The staff were all ever so warm and friendly and the food simply fabulous. Great to fondly talk of Montecatini with Roberto. I’ll be back with my brood.

Outstanding food, wonderful service and very reasonable pricing for such tasty food. We live a good few hours away and were stuck for somewhere to eat when away with work. This is the first place we found in the village. So glad we did!! Highly recommended!

We visited a couple of weeks ago whilst visiting family, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The service was swift and friendly, without ever being intrusive. The food and wine were absolutely delicious and they didn't put a foot wrong. We had visited previously and were a bit nervous as it was under new management, however, we had nothing to worry about as it was all absolutely fantastic! Will definitely visit again when in the area!

Pumpkin Gnocchi was amazing. Delicious. Food was very tasty. Went as a big group of 10, and there was enough room for us all to sit. For 2 of us, including 1 drink each, our bill was around £40.

Never been here before but my partner had some years ago, and liked it. Garlic bread for starters would have been better if it was a pizza bread rather than a baguette style, maybe with the option to add cheese, never the less was cooked to what is my perfection. Crispy enough with lovely authentic garlic taste.

Pasta was fresh and pretty much perfect. Pumpkin gnocchi was absolutely amazing, one of the best we have tasted and we eat out often.

We are vegiterian and asked if they were any other options, waitress kindly offered another two menu options minus the meat which I chose, however I felt a little disappointed when we were charged full price for the dish with the chicken when we ordered it without. The portion size for the price was not the best either.

We always leave minimum of 10% service charge and felt that this should be optional rather than mandatory.

The staff were nice and the place was cosy. Still a nice experience and worth a visit.

The menu offers many traditional Italian dishes with genuine flavours. Others have a sort of English twist, like the cod croquettes, more similar to fish cakes. But it is interesting to see how the Italian cuisine can be interpreted and taste always nice. Many thanks for the experience.
