I haven’t eaten here for over 7 or more years. We booked a table for lunch. The waiting staff were very good. Plenty choices on the menu and vegan options. I had the salmon but it was over cooked so a little dry. We weren’t rushed to leave. Make sure you have money in the bank as this branch doesn’t take cash 💷… when questioned about that they explained the bank affiliated to Ask doesn’t take cash in the local area so they have to drive out of town.

Limited availability for seats. Limited out of stock menu. Noisy and food was below average. Waiter was very polite though.

Pretty decent experience, friendly staff, tasty food. Slightly on the pricey side and combined with smaller than expected portions, meant they fell down on value for money.

I think this is very close to 4 stars and had they not forgotten to bring the starter first (and had the cucumber and carrots not been really try) it might have been 4.

It’s a really nice restaurant. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
The highlight for my young son was the Spider-Man toy that they move and hide every day. He spotted it and they moved it to the spot he suggested .. a nice touch 👌
A varied menu and the children had some nice options too. The kids menu was £7.25 for 3 courses which is good value.
I cannot have dairy and the vegan mozzarella (called Mozzarisella) is lovely. Not quite like the real thing though still really good 👍

Great restaurant with a good selection ordered the Italian olives, calamari, salami misti, fettuccini Bolognese, insalata di capra and brownie al forno.

Food was pretty good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food is good, but not the best, especially when 1 starter, 3 mains, 1 kid menu and 4 drinks set you back almost £100. Please mind the portions are medium and some may still feel hungry after 🫣. The staff are really friendly and polite. The restaurant and the toilets are very clean. Recommended if you want Italian food, as the alternative is much worse.
