Enoteca Restaurant & Wine Bar

Just had brunch here. Plenty of outside seating. The table service was quick and polite. The Eggs Benedict is the best I've had in Ware.

Had a brilliant lunch for my mum’s birthday. Very attentive staff who made sure that she was very well looked after and enjoyed her day. Food was fantastic and will definitely go back.

Went to a private party on 2nd floor. Food was excellent, service was good. Staff friendly and efficient. Very light and airy. Tastefully decorated,comfortable seating with cushions scattered around. Toilets on 3rd floor though.

Table service only, 5 men behind the bar making drinks, 1 woman doing the table service on a Saturday night = slow service.

Website says you can’t make reservations, every table was ‘reserved’.

Felt a little bit like we were being encouraged to leave and not welcome, which is a first for a small business.

The nicest part of the whole experience was the bouncer, which is also a first.

First time for us at Enoteca and we loved it . Fabulous decor and style, spotless and the extensive menu was excellent . My scallops were the best ever ..we will return . Not keen on "The House "music and a bit loud as there were not that many people that evening .

Group of 7 came for cocktails. 6 out of 7 were lovely but 1 didn’t taste right, and when we asked to swap for something else…we were refused. We have never come across this in the hospitality industry, and won’t be returning purely due to terrible attitude and severe lack customer service. Manager was very defensive, dismissive and had no interest in keeping customers happy.

Good service and the food was OK, although the main course needed to be quite a bit warmer than it was. Quite a lot of noise and vibration from the lively wine bar below and expensive for what it was. London prices in Ware; presumably that was the reason for the low table occupancy on a Saturday night

I have had a wonderful experience at Enoteca. I would like to especially mention Jose who was so attentive and offered exceptional customer service. I will definitely be visiting again. A golden gem in ware town
