Vince's Kitchen and Pizzeria

Nice meal - tables definitely not distanced for COVID and one server kept touching people's arms. Friend spent a while trying to find out if the wine was vegan, server brought over a "gluten free" wine and he didn't really seem sure of anything. Pizza was good though 👍

I have been going to Vince's for a couple of years now, after it was recommended to me. Their food is amazing especially the half meter Pizza's. Staff are polite and they always have a nice chat with us.

Ordered stake mid done but came out dry and tasteless , service was very slow for Thursday night, bruchetta bread was hard to bite, wine tasted cheap, Mrs ordered veg pasta and little shared our food but I paid £80 for 2 adult and 1 child. Crazy price. Never again going back! I ordered food once before for delivery and they missed out 1 order and we called them to refund but the lady said she will send it ASAP so waited for 35min before eating what we received, the missing order never came! So we got charged for food we never got. 3 stars 🌟 to much .

Only good thing is friendly staff,
Advice for chef: please use a net to cover your beard so customers don't get surprises in the plate!

Great restaurant. We didn't have a reservation but the staff were happy to get us a table. The pizzas are amazing! Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food. Can't ask for more.

Went for lunch today (Wednesday) there was only 1 other table in the restaurant. The service was so slow, only one man doing everything. The Parmesan pots they gave us were mouldy. The waiter realised and snatched the one I was holding but the other two had mould in them too (Should have taken them all). I ordered 4 cheese pizza (no Stilton) but it also had green fuzzy parts that looked like mould. None of the food was nice. Ordered macaroni cheese and got penne Instead. Service took so long, we were in there for almost 2 hours. I went here on NYE too and thought the bad service and food was down to the night we went but unfortunately, it was not. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend others to either!

Cheery service and excellent italian food. We had a pizza, garlic bread to share and a pasta dish. Could not fault any of it. The restaurant faces west so as it was sunny it felt quite Mediterranean 😂. Portions are big as well so its good value.

Pizzas are delicious, they do not feel greasy at all. Ordered online and was told the wait would be an hour. Ended up collecting as food was actually ready in 10 minutes. They would not compensate the £2.50 delivery charge even when I proposed to accept a drink instead. The location is right next to a service garage which is a strange view for a dine in restaurant.

Waited over 2 hours & when we called to ask how long the rude women said what do you want me to do about it,I know it’s NYE but they should not be taking orders if they can’t fulfil them,we will never order from them again I’m afraid as it spoilt our Eve
