Fabulous birthday lunch! The restaurant was very warm & welcoming.

Alex, our server, had the patience of the Gods and was very friendly and polite.

The food was absolutely delicious and, we felt, great value

Had a great time at frankies. Our waiter, Alex, was so lovely and wholesome. Very welcoming and made our whole overall experience very enjoyable.
The menu has been updated and you can now choose from so many vegan options including pizza. wings, pasta, burgers and puddings! So much to choose and the food came out quickly🥰 Loved it!
Additionally, the aesthetic of the diner is visually pleasing and comfortable. The music choice is amazing and the diner is cosy and lively. 100% recommend and if you are served by Alex then you will definitely have a great time!
ps. I ordered the vegan margarita ( sough dough and vegan cheesy fries!! Delicious!!

Alex (waiter who was serving us) portrays very good customer service and is friendly and kind. He makes sure that we are satisfied and has excellent communication. He has been serving us for a long time and I can definitely say he makes our visit so much better. Also the new menu is very nice and filling so compliments to the chef as well 👍🏽.

Alex is absolutely superb! He is very friendly and caters to your needs. Would definitely recommend 👍🏾

Came to celebrate my Uncle's birthday with my family and the food and drinks were great. Alex's customer service once again was excellent and definitely made our meal that much better. I recommend visiting and would like to once again thank Alex for all his efforts and amazing service.

Loved the ABC Burger with sweet potato fries, though the candy floss prosecco seemed like a joke 😄 A little loud for my taste but overall a good family restaurant.

Decided to have an evening out at the cinema, then wanted something to eat so we went into Frankie and Benny's. First off our waiter was Alex M, fantastic guy who was funny and very helpful and made time for everyone he was serving. Food was excellent had burger followed by tiramisu and coffee, just finished the evening off perfectly. Would definitely go there again.

We always come here when going to the cinema - the best place to eat in Lockmeadow! The atmosphere and food is great... a special mention goes to Alex M who provided an excellent and really friendly table service! We ate the Lasagne with Cheesy Chips and the MacNCheese Burger with Corn on the Cob - all perfectly cooked and really filling... we will be coming again!
