The place itself is very pleasant and well designed and it was fun to watch the people behind the counter making the pasta. The service was also OK but not exceptional. But the food was not good.
The cavatelli with ragu was OK but nothing special and the pasta was undercooked. Not even Al dente. The tortelli had some green sauce with a weird aftertaste that was not enjoyable. The portions were fairly small and the prices were fairly high.
And the menu online or the one hanging on the door is not the same as the one you actually get inside.
I’m sure other people enjoy this place based on the reviews and the fact it was crowded, but I definitely didn’t so I will not be back.
I guess it’s a matter of taste.

At first I was not sure how many stars to give, but writing the review made it actually clear.
The service is good as the waitress pay good attention to the customers and I loved the atmosphere: warm lights, simply decorated but cosy. Towards the entrance, there is also an “open-kitchen” where 2 women were making pasta from scratch. We didn’t have any appetizers, so we started from the pasta! All pasta is unique, as none is a traditional dish you can find in any restaurant in Italy (at least from my experience). I ordered orecchiette with stracciatella, green peas and ham: it was good, but something did not feel right. My friend ordered the spaghetti, where although tasty and pleasant for the palate the lemon was a bit too strong and ended up covering partially the cod puree (I felt the fava beans were there purely to add colour). We closed our dinner with the cannolo! Again, I was not very happy or satisfied. Inside it was indeed ricotta but it felt different from the sicilian ricotta (and lemon zest was added, so same problem as before since the ricotta’s taste was not that strong).
About drinks, I had a red from Toscana and my friends a cocktail.
Lastly, about the price... a bit expensive (for what I had), but average for London I guess.
If the menu will change I would be glad to try again! Until then, I will go somewhere else.

We came here for a quick Sunday lunch and shared the sourdough with olive oil, burrata with capocollo, the agnolotti cavour (beef, pork and spinach ravioli) and the gnocchi with truffle which were all delicious, however on the smaller portions for the price. Service was fast and polite.

Charming little neighbourhood restaurant with a cozy feel to it. Good selection of wines. The staff were very attentive and provided some great recommendations when it came to choosing the wine. Starters were tasty, however the pasta was a little lack lustre and did not satisfy me.

Amazing fresh pasta and all the other elements required for an outstanding Italian dining experience. The burrata we has as an antipasti was mouthwatering, and the baba dessert left me speechless. Only minor complaint was that the wine pour was a bit on the stingy side, but frankly that's probably better for my health anyway!

Banging.

Great great pasta. Made.better by the fact you can eat it there. Only a few tables which makes it all the nicer and more personal. Great staff and service too.

Such a cosy spot with amazing food! Some natural wine on the menu as well, and lovely desserts too! Loved it!
