Waited longer than usual then driver rang as he had gone to wrong address.
Food was cold and the pizza was missing the pineapple topping I had paid extra for. As I paid cash I assume I will not get my money back for this.
Disappointing as I normally get very good service.

Lovely food and people! Very good value for money. All freshly prepared and plentiful too! Impressed with the restaurant and the staff. Modern and very clean interior. Very good coffee, will definitely return soon. A real bonus to Ipswich.

I have dined in and also got take away at all times of day. Staff are always so friendly, food is cooked fresh and tastes superb. Prices are so reasonable for the portion sizes too. Couldn’t recommend higher ⭐️

As a birthday treat my girlfriend took me to this branch of Bella Napoli which I had never been too before. I had a 12" vegetariana pizza followed by a Soufflé Cioccilato for dessert - both delicious. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic authentic Italian and pizza, halal too! So hard to find a great Quattro formagi in the the UK, but this was amazing, cooked to perfection, cheesey and not overdone!

The food was fantastic and nothing too much bother. We had spicy arabiatta and carbonara with spinach and cheesey garlic bread. The garlic bread was more cheese than garlic but nice.
