Was going to rate lower but given the staff try to give a good service I didn't. It's ends up disappointing because there are not enough staff around.
Slowly made some head way with my car issues but it does need to return.
Management seem to acknowledge my frustration with me returning several times and being without our fantastic I-Pace, hopefully on our next (final) visit the courtesy will be one too.
If staff made more effort to keep me informed, I had to call to get updates most of the time, then there could have been another star. No serious issues just irritating tec glitches, the car is great and I'd recommend everyone to try one even if your not ready for an EV yet. Hopefully there will be more staff soon.

Excellent customer service, telephoned to book my car in for a service and spoke to a helpful, polite and friendly gentleman called Wayne. Very pleased with the visit. Not at all like how i was treated when Stratstone. Sinclairs have done well turning things around. Will definitely recommend

Didn't actually buy a car from them . But from start to finish they were wonderful. I'm still looking for a car and I would certainly deal with this company again compared to some of the cowboys I've dealt with since. Wish I'd done business with them now 😒.

Got to be the worst car dealership, Its a shame Sinclair bought them, as it will only bring them down to land rover and Jaguars standards.
1- phones still staying closed at 9am, when they open at 8am. I rung the sales dept and they confirmed the staff were all in service dept, they transferred me and it still went to answer machine. They also don’t answer up to 1/2 hour before closing as I’ve called and called them without getting an answer but drove down to find the staff all chatting and not answering .
2 - When I leave messages I never get a call back.
3 - faults on cars, told it’s because I listen to the radio with out running the vehicle and charge my phone , 😆 I don’t by the way Faults GPS emergency not available, also auto brake system not available, service date blank then back again. ImAfter leaving the car there for a day my wife was told to leave the car idling for 45 mins to correct these issues! I had my F pace brand new in April.
The customer service is shocking, which is probably the reason they always have different staff, the work shop seem to tell very inexperienced staff terrible answers because they have not got a clue.

I'd rate less than 1 star if I could ... stupidly bought 2 approved used cars from this dealer .. the 1st one the paint just started coming off , but thats not the reason for the bad review.
Bought a second approved used in 2019 to replace the paint ruined car .. found out just now that it had not had a service since early 2018 .. had no service before sale to me in 2019 and I have NEVER had a phone call off them since buying the car. How on earth is a car an approved used vehicle when its not even had a recent service.
I didnt know about the lack of services on this car .. and 6 months ago went in to discuss part exchanging .. left all my details , had a part ex quote for my car ... and guess what ? Never heard another word off them.
Ridiculous company and sadly its killing the good name of Jaguar .. I wont ever buy another as much as I love them , as I cant deal with such a shoddy dealership.

I drove in an old vehicle with a person wanting to buy a new car. Neither of the two gentlemen in the showroom acknowledged us one was just sitting at his desk working on the computer. He then stood up and walked away. My friend has now bought a new car elsewhere. I would not recommend them.
