Mistermatic Jaguar

Phoned to book in our XF and was delighted when given the option to drop in the same day. On arrival the garage was stuffed with Jaguars being worked on however they attended to our car immediately, diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Cannot fault these guys and will be using them from now on for all our Jaguar needs. Thanks for making us feel welcome and for fitting us in around your booked jobs.

I was having a problem with my electronic park brake. They could have done an expensive diagnostic investigation but instead advised me to change the battery. Hey presto! Problem solved 😊

Went in with error message on my x type, he run diagnostic and said I’d need new knock sensor, he got the part and fitted it for a very reasonable price and everything was professionally handled from the lovey lady on reception to the extremely knowledgeable owner, it’s my go to garage going forward, I’ll be going back for any other issues

I contacted Mistermatic via email for a price on servicing my Jaguar XE and received a prompt response from Angela who was very helpful in answering my questions and welcomed myself and my wife as though we had been going there for years. We chose to leave the car in their capable hands while we took a bus to Swansea for a couple of hours (Bus stop is a 5 minute walk out of the estate and across the main road). By the time we came back, the car was ready and the mechanic even took the time to explain and show me what he had done to resolve a vibration issue I asked them to look at on the exhaust system. You can see that they all have an extensive knowledge of Jags and take pride in their work. I've never had such good service at a garage before and I intend on using Mistermatic for all servicing and repairs in future. A first class service by the mechanics and Angela on reception.

Took the car in with 2 issues. Rattling in the exhaust and strange vibration during braking, asked them to take a look at it. They haven't even bothered addressing or looking at the problem(I know they haven't bothered looking because of how quickly they phoned me back) just replaced 2 brake pads and said the issue was solved. For someone claiming to be jaguar experts completely useless.

I have used John and the team at Mistermatic on three occasions, I had an issue with brake disk judder on disks that they had fitted for me a year before, John rememberd they had done the work and they were immediately replaced at no cost, a breath of relief as a lot of garages would not honour to this degree. If I keep my 98 XJR, this is where it will go along with some cakes and biscuits. RECCOMENDED 100%

Had the XJ in for CAT’s leaking on 2.7 diesel (common fault) and they advised me better than the main Jag dealers which never replied back for the repair. Friendly and helpful staff, dealt with my Jag issue quickly and efficiently, This is the only place for my Jag repairs when needed. I recommend as the best Jag specialist in South Wales.
