A very friendly shop! Would definitely visit again and would encourage others too as well. They specialise in watches, some very high end watches at a fraction of the new price. They also repair watches jewellery and give valuations. They have a great selection of rings and pendants and have their own eBay store, which I would also recommend people to look at. Fantastic little shop. A gem!

Great. First time back there in just over 20 years. Getting the watch we bought there then serviced.

Fantastic knowledge, service and price. My grandfather's gold pocket watch has not worked for 35+ years. I sent it to London specialist. They quoted £580 for the repair, had the watch for 5 months and never got around to fixing it. Took it to another jewellers who gave me a 90% chance of NOT getting it fixed. Walked into Brittons and was greeted by enthusiastic confidence that they could fix it. 5 weeks later I collected the watch and it is now in perfect working order. HUGE thanks for what you did and how you did it. Also thanks for saving me £400 compared to London prices, although some of that was immediately spent on another item in your shop.

Excellent had exactly what I was looking for and plenty of other options. The owner and staff really know their stuff and nothing was too much trouble.
