Wilcox and Carter Jewellers

Brilliant service for a complicated task. My mother gifted me a necklace and bracelet with beautiful stones in them. The design was not suitable for every day use but lovely for going out. I wanted the stones set in a bespoke ring and CZ put in the pieces. All this was a big decision for me as I also wanted to use my mother's wedding ring for the setting. The whole process for me was very worrying but exciting. James said on first meeting, communication is key. He was absaloutly correct. After only 3 weeks I have the most beautiful ring, a set of jewelery for going out, and all because James has skills in dealing with people and understanding their needs and concerns. He sent me CAD designs of several ideas, tweaked them and made sure I was happy before commencing work. He told me what was going on every step of the way and did not make me feel silly for being so jittery about the process.

Visited in February to get some valuations done on my mother's jewellery, I was hoping for them to be ready for collection the next Saturday, recieved phonecall on the Friday to say they were all done, excellent service.
So impressed been again today to get more done and to arrange the commissioning of a bespoke wedding ring, again excellent service and advice. Very nice clean and tidy family business.

I needed my ring making larger, so took back to the shop to see what could be done as quite a detailed ring. when my ring came back WOW what a brilliant job they had done. My ring has cut out love hearts around it and what they had done was include another heart. Absolutely fantastic job done. Thank you and I will be a returning customer

I had been to another jewellers and purchased a nomination bracelet for my daughter but it was faulty, so I popped into Wilcox & Carter’s and they where absolutely amazing let me swap my bracelet there so I didn’t have to take it back to where I had got it from, couldn’t be more great full such a lovely family run business always go the extra mile to help if they can. Cannot fault this jeweller in any way. Great to find an independent jeweller who knows great customer service and supplies high quality watches.
I have now bought 3 high price watches and each one is of the highest quality.
James is a superb guy to deal with with outstanding knowledge.
I was after certain watches which he sourced for me.
