Poor quality, my fiance give me gift necklace from here I didn’t wear it a once and its necklace chain is completely black when i open its just 2 months and chain completely black .so disappointed

Too small shop having to queue outside, even though it's in the Marlands shopping centre. Was disappointed to see on last visit that the assistant supervisor was not working there anymore, she was very friendly and helpful and knew what she was talking about.
