Son phoned to ask if they would buy scrap metal/gold wedding ring, wanted to sell his wedding ring, was told yes, went into the shop and was told no they were not interested. Then he gets a message from his ex asking why he is selling hs wedding ring. Clearly staff member called her, no confidentiality at all, appalled at the lack of professionalism. Wouldnt want to be buying anything as a surprise.

I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cheltenham. They beautifully made my engagement, wedding ring (and my husband's) and my eternity ring. Plus I have purchased other bits from them over the years and had numerous things fixed there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can't fault them!

Subject - getting a valuation for insurance purposes. Excellent information received & costing were extremely competitive compared with other CHELTENHAM jewelers. Will most definitely be using them again.

Pure regret after buying jewellery from here (and being stuck with it as told refunds aren't allowed) after constant upsetting disappointment with the in-house repairs being low quality and additional issues from when repairs have been made (in other areas on the piece which were not originally there before the repairs). Numerous painful experiences.

Great service with attention to detail. Having explained what I was looking for I was offered an inspired choice and found exactly what I wanted. Good value too.
