I bought some earrings for my partner, which did not fit, I took them back only to be told they have a no returns policy with earrings.

Fantastic service. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. Great products. Great prices. Attention to detail. Very friendly members of staff who had a great sense of humour! Shop is very clean and presentable. Lovely window displays inside and out, which were also spotless.
