Huge thank you for the team at Hamlington's for their fabulous customer service today when I popped in to have my rings cleaned. Friendly and efficient service. I will definitely be returning with future business.

I took our 50 year old wedding ring, precious as it was on loan from my husband's finger, to Hamlingtons. I wanted to discuss it's condition and to have two words engraved inside to celebrate our Golden Wedding. "Too difficult for us, go to Timpsons" was the response and the ring was handed back to me and I was dismissed.

We have had excellent work done by Hamlingtons in the past, including rebuilding my own wedding ring and it was without hesitation I took my husbands ring in for care and attention.
Shame, and an odd way to loose a customer!

This place is amazing. My partner bought my engagement ring from here and the whole experience felt really personal. We have been back for a re size and recently a clean and were looked after so well both times. The staff are brilliant, the shop is beautiful and we will 100% be back to buy our wedding rings.

If I could give this jewellers zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I didn’t receive good service from them and was publicly berated in the shop by the owner for voicing my concerns about their workmanship. The damage to a family antique piece is irreversible but sadly they have not admitted any wrongdoing. Would not recommend if you have a particularly sentimental piece.

wow. what can i say. What a magnificent service. I chose a engagement ring for my partner. George promised it would be ready for the Thursday and it was. Then realising over the weekend that i got it made the wrong size and was needing it for the Friday i phoned George and he managed to get it resized again for me and even delivered to my house. I would defiantly recommend this company and it will also be my first place to go when i need any jewellery. Once again guys. Thank you. My now Fiance loves the ring.
