Hopefully they will earn my praise but it's going to be a while. As I'm waiting to see if they can help me.

Recently had two rings cleaned and repaired here, neither had had any attention in years. Simmonds checked the diamonds were secure while i waited and i decided to get them replated, repaired and cleaned. They sent them away to their workshop for 10 days or so (which i was nervous about as both rings have huge sentimental value) and i was absolutely amazed at the results when they came back. Absolutely gorgeous, i wish I'd got it done months ago. Brilliant service, staff are all very polite and helpful and you never have to wait long for a staff member to help you. all for a very reasonable price.

So, who decided rose gold was out of fashion, then? Well, sorry folks, but I love it and Rhea was exceptionally helpful.
For some unknown reason, A Simmonds's suppliers are not playing ball, but I'm sure with her aid I shall get what I want.
