Oclee and Son Ltd is an old fashioned store.I enjoy looking around the displays and there is certainly a high quality of jewelry and gift items. Some people may find it expensive but you can usually find just the right gift or something special for yourself. They do repairs and are happy to replace watch batteries. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful.

Went in with a simple enquiry, and while the staff were very knowledgeable their customer service skills left a lot to be desired. Rude and spoke in a condescending manner that clearly judged us behind their veneer of kindness and fake smiles. Parter was left in tears.

You can be the foremost expert in your field, but that doesn't excuse a lack of basic compassion and social skills.

Nice friendly staff very helpful in this currant situation of covid. Ppe in shop only two people in at a time, but you're have 100% of salespersons attention. Very impressive and staff go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend.
