Awful experience. Walked in, the woman didn't say hello, good morning, nothing! Just followed round the shop like shoplifters. The whole experience was very awkward, visiting the town with my husband and 2 children. Other shops sold nearly the same items and were much more welcoming.

Bought a beautiful blue John pendant, friendly and professional staff.would highly recommend x

As a mentally disabled individual with an exemption from wearing a face covering I was publicly shamed for not wearing one. Even though I showed them my medical records explaining why I am unable to wear a face covering. The employee obviously is not aware of the equalities act of 2010.
I went across the road to Blue John Gems and bought some lovely things and was treated with a little bit more dignity than I was at Harrison and Harrison.

Customer service is terrible, the staff are far too familiar and extremely rude! Will never enter that shop again, and to be honest with you the staff couldn’t even be bothered to help! There was one other customer in the store just looking around and three staff, I was standing waiting to be served with a necklace in the cabinet, I changed my mind and left the store, they were more bothered about a cup of coffee/tea! Shocking manners.

We bought several items from here. They were so lovely and helpful. Will definitely return 😊

Loverly place staff were great..really nice blue john items.

Absolutely awful! Didn’t get past door because very rude lady told us she was closing (4.20 when website says 5pm) told us to come back next day!
Bit difficult when not in the area!

Anyway, their loss as we went across the road and bought a 300 pound blue John bracelet!
Two incredibly helpful/funny ladies working in shop! Helpful kind and great attention to detail’

Why run shop like this if you can’t be kind and open hours advertised!
