Not very good. £20 to have 2 inches taken out of chain from 24inch to 22inch . They took 4 inches off this took month to do. Had to send back off again to have have 2 inches back on again to make it into 22 inch which is what it should of been made into first time around . This took a another 3 weeks . Now the chain is broken so clearly who ever they use to fix gold items clearly has no idea .

I wouldn't use again and some how I can't see how they have achieved 5 stars . To find out I was also well over charged for the job.

Very good service. I had a broken strap on my sentimental watch, fixed at no charge with skill. Definitely go back to get batteries and any other things fixed. Thank you

I bought a ring firv £600, I was told it was a white gold solitaire 18ct. The ring was neither.
