Patient and accommodating staff, a nice selection of designs. Would recommend a visit

I bought a small pendant from them today and the main boss was so rude. I asked for a bag because it was a gift and one of the workers got me a nice gift bag and he was literally about to give it to me when the other man started shouting in his language not to give it. The man then took it away and said sorry we don't have. The bag honestly probably costs them 50p to buy, maximum 1 pound but i highly doubt it and they took it back after showing it to me. Poor customer service. Definitely won't go here again. I was in a rush so I bought it but I wish I told them I don't want it anymore.

Horrible place the earrings we bought don’t even close properly so we are going to return them after spending £180 on them!!!!!!

Very kind and polite staff. Collection is also very good. Reasonable price.

Everything under one roof. Even though construction work in progress, I do not feel stressed while browsing. Did not give 5* as Ladies toilet closed 2 days in a row when last visited .

Could do with a bit more variety but a wonderful and friendly family.
