I strongly advice not to use their services. I tried 3 times and every time it was extremely poor. The first time they diassembled a watch but then they could not put it back together; (the gentleman said he did not know how!!!!!); the second time they lied about putting a new battery in my watch (the same gentleman as before) when it actually stopped working the following day. Even when I challenged it and asked for a replacement, they still put the old battery in, which again, stopped the following day. Now, they have damaged my amber earrings as they used glue to stick the stone to the silver frame and spread the glue all over the back surface of the amber. They are simply incompetent and they will damage your goods rather than repair them!

I would brought a lovely pair of earrings from this shop and the customer service was brilliant. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely recommend

Great friendly service, was able to give me a repair at a better price than anywhere else and the repair had my item looking like new. Could not tell it had been broken or damaged. Would highly recommend to others.

Shambolic all round service, liars, poor quality and damage your goods.

I asked for batteries to be replaced for a watch, the gentleman I was speaking told me it would take 5-10 minutes and quoted a price. 30 minutes later I ask how much longer as I was now running late, another member of staff said she doesn't know as they were struggling to put the watch back together. 5 minutes later she says I can go and collect it another time.

I come back a few days later to collect, the same lady I dealt with quotes me a higher price than the gentleman did, I told her this to her a reply was "no". There seems to be consistent feedback of poor customer service, rude staff and changing quotes, this is what I experienced.

On top of that they completely scuffed the back of my watch and part of the bracelet, it is absolutely full of scratches. I went back and it seems they buffed it down so it's not noticeable.

On top of that, a family member purchased a ring and the stones fell out shortly after. The jewelers did replace the stone free of charge as expected but they weren't the same shape.

I have to say, please avoid doing business with these people. The quality is poor, the staff are quite rude and they find it acceptable to change quotes.

There are better places in the area to do business with.
